Deposit Terms and Conditions

To book a consultation with a practitioner in West Perth we require a $30 deposit, this can be paid by one of these methods
– by booking online at https://www.kitomba.com/bookings/miraclinic
– by giving us your credit card details when making a booking over the phone on 08 6436 3888
– by buying a voucher on our online store and emailing us the details of your purchase

If you proceed with any treatment on the day of your appointment, the $30 deposit will be deducted from the price of your treatment. If you decide to only have a consultation (with no treatment on the same day) a $30 consultation fee is payable and your deposit will be used to pay for this consultation. If you need to reschedule and you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment time we can move your deposit for the new appointment. If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, we can either refund your deposit, or we can hold it as credit in your account which can be used as a deposit for your next appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we will try and find someone to take your place, but if we are unable to do so, your $30 deposit will be retained.

A deposit is not required to book a quick review appointment, but this appointment can only last for 15 minutes so please book a different type of appointment if you would like any treatments in addition to your review.

Larger deposits for some treatments

For some treatments, that take more time, or require us to make special preparations prior to treatment, larger deposits are required when you book those procedures. In most cases it is best to first book in for a no-obligation consultation to discuss these treatments, as there is likely to be downtime and there are many factors that need to be discussed prior to treatment. We don’t wish for any client to choose the wrong treatment or feel obliged to proceed to treatment. A consultation to discuss either of these treatments cost $30 and last up to 30 minutes. If you are travelling a long way to come and see us, we recommend booking in a telephone consultation prior to making the commitment to pay the deposit and come and visit us for any of the below treatments.

At the time of writing (February 2020) the treatments requiring larger deposits are:
– MiraDry (which is only available in West Perth and) which requires a $450 deposit
– Double Chin Dissolving injections (available at both West Perth and Joondalup which) requires a $120 deposit.

Once you are certain you wish to proceed with one of the above treatments you may book them in online.

For any deposit more than $30 we require to be notified by more than 48 hours before your appointment time in order to be assured that we can transfer your deposit to a new appointment time or to qualify for a refund of your deposit.

Whilst every effort is made to refund deposits as soon as possible (where appropriate) there may be factors out of our control such as the time taken by banks or payment services (like PayPal) to execute funds transfers.

Dr Andrew is no longer available to be booked through our online booking page. Please call your preferred clinic if you wish to book with him. Due to his busy schedule, the wait times for an appointment with Dr Andrew are longer than usual so it is advisable to rebook at the end of each visit. Please be aware that if you are offered a priority appointment, you will be asked to pay a higher deposit amount of $220 to secure your appointment.

MIRA Clinic Joondalup

A deposit is not required for most bookings made for appointments at our Joondalup clinic. For some longer appointments a deposit may be required in which case we will let you know. If a deposit is requested for an appointment in Joondalup, the same terms and conditions described for deposits at West Perth will apply.

MIRA Clinic visiting Geraldton

Because we need to arrange travel to Geraldton and have very limited availability of appointments in Geraldton, a non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments in Geraldton. Deposits must be made directly to the team at GYLO Salon & Barber (Address: Level 1/141 Marine Terrace, Geraldton WA 6530 Phone: (08) 9964 2552). Your deposit will be deducted from the cost of your treatment. The amount of the deposit is $75 for New clients and $50 for existing clients*.
If you need to reschedule your appointment in Geraldton, and you let us know with more than 1 week notice, we can hold on to your deposit and use it for your next booking.

(* an existing client is any client who has already seen Manisha or Dr Andrew Clark or been to any MIRA Clinic before).
