- Deposits: A deposit is required for all appointments to secure your booking.
- Treatment Payment: Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in automatic forfeiture of your deposit.
